The K-Ultra is the all-round hand grinder from 1Zpresso: a 48 mm stainless steel conical burr, an external grind scale, and a magnetic catch cup. Available with us in silver and iron gray.
48 mm conical burr and external scale
At its core, the 48 mm K-Burr conical burr made from stainless steel works with seven blades – that delivers even particle distribution and brisk throughput, the foundation for clean extraction. Grind size is set externally via a numbered scale: ten numbers, a hundred clicks per rotation, around 20 micrometers per click – fine, fast, and repeatable, from espresso to filter.
On the go and in everyday use
The handle folds down, and the magnetic catch cup holds around 35 to 40 grams – enough for about four servings. A silicone sleeve gives you a secure grip. At around 685 grams, it feels substantial in the hand; grinding happens by hand, with no power and no heat.
